DOMESTIC ORDERS

Delivery

We offer free shipping for our standard delivery service on orders placed from anywhere in Turkey. After your order is transferred to Yurtiçi Kargo (domestic courier), the delivery time for your package may range from 24 to 96 hours, depending on your city and district.

Return

To facilitate the return of the product(s) you purchased from our online store, please note that the item(s) must retain its resaleable condition and should not have been used. The tags, logos, and other accessories of the returned product(s) should not be damaged. You can submit a return request within 14 days.

Your return request will not be accepted if our inspection team determines that the returned product(s) have been damaged.

To initiate the return process, please create a return request for the product(s) you wish to return through the "My Orders" section on our website.

Once your return request is approved, the product(s) will be refunded within the legal period of 10 business days. If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. If the payment was made through a bank transfer, the refund will be made to the relevant account.

Exchange

To process the exchange of the product(s) you have purchased from our online store, they must remain in resalable condition and unused. The labels, logos, and other accessories of the items for exchange should be undamaged. You can apply for an exchange within 14 days. If our inspection team determines that the product(s) have been damaged, your exchange request will not be accepted.

International Shipment (2 to 6 business days)

We offer FREE SHIPPING worldwide, which means that we cover the transport cost with DHL Express. However, we can't take responsibility for the duties being charged by the customs of your country.
