DELIVERY (International)

You can shop from our online store worldwide. Your order will be delivered to your address within 2–10 business days from the order date.

A €75 international shipping fee applies to overseas orders. Any local customs duties, taxes, fees, and related charges that may arise during customs clearance are the customer’s responsibility.

RETURNS (International)

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Returned items must have all original tags and logos intact and, where applicable, include all accessories. The product and its packaging must be undamaged.

You may submit a return request within 7 days from the delivery date.

To return item(s), please create a Return Request via the “My Orders” section on our website. Once your request is received, we will send you the prepaid return label for our approved international carriers. Returns must be shipped only with the designated carrier and the label provided by us.

Shipments sent outside this system may not reach our warehouse due to international trade procedures; therefore, such returns will not be accepted.

All returned items are inspected by our quality team. If the item is found to be damaged or does not meet the return conditions, the return request will be rejected.

Once your return is approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment card within 10 business days.
