Delivery within Türkiye
Shipping within Türkiye: members TRY 0; guests TRY 150. These are base charges; applicable surcharges are shown at checkout. Members eligible for free shipping also pay no surcharges. Orders are shipped with Yurtiçi Kargo. After your order is handed to Yurtiçi Kargo, delivery takes 24–96 hours depending on your city and district.
International shipping
For all orders delivered outside Türkiye, shipping costs USD 75 for orders placed in USD or EUR 75 for orders placed in EUR. The same charge applies to members and guests.
Qatar and the UAE
Standard shipping to Qatar and the United Arab Emirates costs USD 75 for orders placed in USD or EUR 75 for orders placed in EUR. The same shipping charge applies to members and guests. Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 days. This is the dispatch period, not the delivery time. Transit time after dispatch may vary depending on the delivery address and customs processing. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping charge.
Returns and exchanges within Türkiye
For new orders delivered within Türkiye, return and exchange requests may be submitted within 14 days of delivery, subject to product conditions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Existing orders retain their purchase conditions.
International returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders delivered outside Türkiye, including Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. Please check the size and product details before placing your order. If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us for assistance.
